Hi, My name is Darleen. Welcome to my blogspot!! This is new to me. I am slowly learning the 'How To's' regarding my site. Please be patient--God isn't finished with me yet!!!
Thus far i've figured out how to post pictures. am still working on the video thing--LOL**** Soon though, you should be seeing some pretty neat stuff here. There's already lots of awesome pics to look at----ENJOY!!!!!!

WHY DID I CALL MY BLOG/SPOT 'DARLEEN'S HOPE?' Well, a friend of mine came over for dinner and he showed me how to set up my own blogspot. He asked me what i would like to call it and within seconds i replied, 'DARLEEN'S HOPE.'

I really didn't have time to think much on a name. I am keeping the one i choose because I honestly believe that 'WHERE THERE IS LIFE THERE IS HOPE.'
My life is filled with HOPE today. I am a survivor of physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse and also alcohol and drug addiction. I know that if there is hope for me---there's hope for anyone!!!
I also have an eternal hope today because i am a believer in Jesus Christ and have accepted him as my Lord & Savior. He is always with me and carries me when i am unable to carry myself. I trust him 100%!!! He is my everything. I feel so unworthy sometimes and then he always finds a way to let me know that my light is shining. Thank you my most precious friend!!!
